Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Customer Service Representative located in Delhi, India. The role involves addressing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional service to improve customer experience. Daily responsibilities include engaging with clients, resolving issues efficiently, maintaining customer records, and coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs effectively. The representative will be the primary point of contact for customers and is expected to provide timely and professional support.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform customer-support / logistics coordination functions in coordination with our Italian offices, including, but not limited liaison with internal departments as well as external agencies for ensuring smooth execution of shipments, delivering high quality, timely, accurate and professional services.
  • Create and maintain job-files from commencement to completion, including buy / sell invoicing in Oracle modules (Supply Chain Management / Oracle Transport Management), striving to ensure that KPIs as well as client expectations are always met / exceeded.
  • Carryout inventory management (order creation, data-entry, stock-intake / out-take, stock maintenance etc. in the ERP / Warehouse Management System), issuance of various inventory reports.
  • Execute additional tasks that may reasonably be assigned to you from time to time.


Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience in enhancing Customer Experience and maintaining excellent customer relationships
  • Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to handle queries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools is preferred
  • Previous experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and relevant work experience
