Job Description

YesSir is a leading brand in Men’s Wellness. We provide at home wellness services for men in 11cities in India.We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who can improve the customer's experience and solve customer's issues within the stipulated time.

Responsibilities

Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat & whatsApp.
Provide solutions to their problems or concerns.
Work with internal departments to meet customer's need.
Data entry in various platforms for customer feedback, issues.
Feedback calls and collecting reviews and ratings accross platforms.
Save cancellations from clients by intelligently dealing with them as per scope of the SOP.

Qualifications

Minimum 2years of experience in a customer Support role.
More than 80% in English as a Subject or Soken English Course Certificate.
12th or Higher Secondary Required.
