Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Event Coordinator & Manager based in the Greater Kolkata Area, with some work from home flexibility. The Event Coordinator & Manager will be responsible for planning and managing events from conception through to completion. Daily tasks include coordinating event logistics, ensuring excellent customer service, managing event budgets, and working to meet sales targets. The role also involves liaising with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure successful and well-executed events.

Qualifications

• Event Planning and Event Management skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales and meeting sales targets
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in wellness or healthcare industries is a plus
• Experience in Hotel and Hospitality industries is a plus
• Experience in LGBTQ+ Nightclub Party Coordination is a plus.
