Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing: Assist in identifying and attracting potential candidates through various channels.
• Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
• Job Postings: Assist in creating and posting job vacancies on relevant platforms.
• Communication: Correspond with candidates to provide updates and gather necessary information.
• Conducting engagement activities, training and development sessions for the team.
• Other HR Operations

Requirements:

• MBA

  in HR

• Above 60 percentile in CAT is preferred
• Above 65% in 10th, 12th, Graduation, and Post Graduation
• Long-term association with the organization - 2 years of bond
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Proficient in Google Sheets and Docs
