We’re Honeycomb Creative Support, a marcom agency with 17+ years of experience in branding, digital marketing, design, and content. Our client roster includes clients like Tanishq, Decathlon, Taneira, Titan Watches, Edward Lifesciences, Infosys, Ogilvy, Bosch, Abbott, ITC, and more. But that’s not all—we also run four sister brands:

  • Photostop - An artist’s archive for fine art print needs.
  • Anamala Homestay – A dreamy getaway resort in Kerala.
  • Honeycomb School for Creative Studies – A space for budding creative talent.
  • Mudkart – An earthen D2C brand.


This role is for one of our key Jewellery Client—so it’s a fully onsite role, working closely with their team. Based out of Andheri, Mumbai


Responsibilities:


  • Build and execute ATL & BTL campaigns to support specific marketing objectives across different segments to bolster product awareness, consideration & and differentiation in support of our overall strategic marketing plan.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in the market and devising and presenting ideas and strategies.
  • Lead the execution of a marketing program from start to finish, driving collaboration with stakeholders and leveraging appropriate internal processes.
  • Oversees the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns.
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for the website and social handles that attract and convert our target groups.
  • Partner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors
  • Tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity.
  • Setting team direction and assigning work.
  • Chair site meetings and distribute minutes to all project team members.
  • Track the progress and quality of work being performed by design disciplines.
  • Managing and leading the project team.
  • Resolving cross-functional issues at the project level.
  • Managing project scope and change control and escalating issues where necessary.
  • Monitoring project progress and performance.
  • Documentation and analysis of current and future processes/systems (monthly report)
  • Identification and mapping of information needs.
  • Overall management and coordination of the projects.


Requirements:


  • Bachelors / Master's in a related field.
  • With 5-7 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in ATL & BTL activities and a proven ability to identify opportunities and deliver effective strategies to generate results.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, CorelDraw, Acrobat and other relevant design, project management and CRM applications.
  • Creative mindset and the ability to think out of the box.
  • Experienced in planning, branding, and campaign execution.


ATL& BTL Experience Must | CTC: 10-12 LPA | Relevant Experience: 8-10 Years
