Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager located in Kochi. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and developing HR policies and procedures. Daily tasks include conducting interviews, employee onboarding, performance management, and maintaining personnel records. The HR Manager will also handle conflict resolution, training programs, and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Recruitment and Employee Relations skills
• Experience in Compliance Management and HR Policy Development
• Effective Communication and Conflict Resolution skills
• Ability to conduct Training Programs and drive Employee Engagement initiatives
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree is a plus
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role is preferred
