Need a Dynamic Human Resources Manager with an experience of 4-5 years. The required H.R Manager needs to be Smart, Need to know all statutory requirements and Compliances,
Should have excellent Communication Skills, Inter-Personal skills and has to be Articulate with an eye for detail. He / She has to ensure 360 degree performance reviews, Has to develop the K.R.A'S of each and every Staff in the Organization. You would be the face for the Organization in terms of Personnel Management , KPI'S, Incentive Structure in coordination with the M.D. do the appraisals and decide the increments in coordination with the M.D.
Should know all ESIC, P.F processes and should have hands-on -job experience.
