Job Summary:

We are looking for a pleasant and professional Front Desk cum Receptionist to manage front-office activities. You will be the first point of contact for our organization, responsible for creating a positive impression for visitors and handling administrative support across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests/visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
• Manage the front desk area, including reception duties and visitor coordination.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Handle basic administrative and clerical support such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
• Coordinate with internal departments for courier handling, meetings, and appointments.
• Receive and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
• Schedule and manage appointments and meeting rooms.
• Maintain office supplies and inventory for front-desk-related requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in front office/receptionist roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
• Good time management and multitasking abilities.
• Customer service-oriented attitude.
