As we scale, we are looking for the right people and places to grow our trusted hostel network. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef, located in Kasol. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, including menu planning, inventory management, food preparation, staff supervision and training, and ensuring health and safety standards are met. The Head Chef will also be required to collaborate with the management team to enhance the guest dining experience, source local ingredients, and maintain high culinary standards. Qualifications Proven experience in menu planning, food preparation, and inventory management Strong leadership skills, including staff supervision and training Knowledge of local and international cuisines Understanding of health and safety standards in food preparation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred Experience in a hospitality or hostel environment is a plus
