Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Representative, based in Noida. The Front Desk Representative will be responsible for managing reception duties, including greeting visitors, managing phone calls, arranging reservations, and ensuring excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include handling inquiries, directing visitors, and supporting the team with administrative tasks to ensure a smooth and professional front desk operation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and managing front desk operations
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Knowledge and experience with Phone Etiquette and Reservations
• Ability to provide a welcoming and professional environment for clients and visitors
• Organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in basic office software and scheduling tools
• Previous experience in the real estate industry is an advantage
