Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Representative located in Varanasi, India. The Front Desk Representative will be responsible for performing receptionist duties, managing reservations, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining phone etiquette. Daily tasks include greeting and assisting guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, answering inquiries, and ensuring a pleasant stay for all guests.

• Customer Service experience
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Prior experience in hospitality is a plus
