Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Front Desk Representative. The role includes welcoming and assisting visitors, managing phone inquiries, scheduling appointments and reservations, and maintaining visitor records. Additional responsibilities include handling customer service inquiries professionally and supporting various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, including managing visitor records and handling front desk operations
• Strong Customer Service and Phone Etiquette skills to effectively address inquiries and concerns
• Experience with Reservations and scheduling appointments
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with students, parents, and faculty members
• Friendly and professional demeanor with strong problem-solving abilities
• Basic knowledge of office software and administrative tools is an advantage
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
