About the Role:

We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. In this role, you will handle front office responsibilities, manage calls and visitors, and support administrative tasks. As part of a fast-paced digital marketing service company, you will ensure smooth day-to-day operations and create a professional and welcoming environment for clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

● Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner. ● Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. ● Manage reception area, maintain visitor logs, and handle inquiries. ● Coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings. ● Assist with basic administrative tasks (emails, documentation, courier handling, filing). ● Support HR and management in day-to-day office operations. ● Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (physical and digital). ● Ensure a neat and professional reception area.
