Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Representative, located in Thiruvananthauram. Responsibilities include managing receptionist duties, answering and directing phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, assisting visitors, handling customer inquiries, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth and professional customer service experience at the front desk. The individual will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, representing the company with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and ability to professionally manage incoming calls
• Experience in Receptionist Duties, maintaining organizational procedures, and front desk operations
• Strong Customer Service skills, including the ability to address inquiries and resolve concerns effectively
• Proficiency in managing Reservations and scheduling appointments efficiently
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact confidently with clients and team members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tasks efficiently
• Prior experience in customer-facing roles or administrative support is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional education in hospitality or office administration is a bonus
