Role Overview

HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

• Manage the recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Collaborate with managers to define role requirements and competencies
• Ensure smooth joining experience for new hires

Policy & Compliance

• Implement and enforce HR policies and practices in line with company and regulatory requirements
• Maintain compliance with local labor laws and statutory regulations
• Support audits, documentation, and policy updates

Employee Engagement & Development

• Coordinate training, learning, and development initiatives
• Drive employee engagement programs and culture-building activities
• Assist in performance evaluation cycles and feedback mechanisms

Compensation & Benefits

• Maintain payroll inputs, leave records, and attendance systems
• Support analysis of compensation trends and benefits practices
• Recommend updates to ensure competitiveness and fairness

Employee Relations & Performance

• Handle employee queries, grievance redressal, and conflict resolution
• Participate in disciplinary processes and ensure fair enforcement of policies
• Provide inputs for succession planning and workforce retention strategies

Who We’re Looking For

• 0-2 years of HR experience

  , preferably in consulting, SMEs, or dynamic industries
• Strong knowledge of

  HR operations, recruitment, compliance, and employee engagement

• Excellent

  communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in

  MS Office / Google Workspace

  (HRMS tools preferred)
