Your Role

Business Associate

Consulting & Analysis

• Conduct business analyses, decode industries, and prepare

  financial/operational reports.

• Identify opportunities for

  growth, efficiency, and competitive advantage.

• Build models, dashboards, and frameworks to support data-driven decision-making.

Execution & Operations

• Translate strategies into

  execution roadmaps; manage timelines, KPIs,

  and

  outcomes.

• Drive cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing, operations, and finance.
• Support business operations and ensure smooth delivery of consulting engagements.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

• Interact directly with

  CXOs

  and client leadership teams.
• Facilitate communication between client departments and consulting leads.
• Provide exceptional client service and become a trusted point of contact.

Strategic Initiatives

• Contribute to internal growth projects for Sahay’s consulting practice.
• Support proposal development, new service design, and internal process improvements.

• MBA (Tier-2 B-School preferred)

• Strong

  analytical and financial skills

  ; ability to decode business problems with clarity.

• Experience in finance or business operations

  (internship/full-time) is a plus.
• Outstanding

  communication & presentation skills

  (English + Hindi/Gujarati preferred).
• Strong

  customer service orientation

  ability to build trust and deliver value.
• Proven ability to

  collaborate across teams and stakeholders

  .
• Entrepreneurial hustle: ownership, accountability, and readiness to deliver under pressure.

• Compensation

  : Base salary up to

  ₹75,000/month

  (depending on interview performance), plus

  performance-linked incentives
