Job Description

Continuously monitor data and customer journeys to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with creative, merchandising, and operations teams to enhance the meal discovery and purchase process.
Serve as a liaison between strategy and execution, working with stakeholders to develop features and implement policies that drive growth.
Define, develop, and manage essential dashboards and scorecards with MIS/Analytics for continuous monitoring and reporting.
Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and satisfaction through analysis of market trends and feedback.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of new service offerings.

Job Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Proficient in Excel and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with strong bias for action.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Experience in metric reporting and governance is an added advantage.
Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across teams.
