Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify and research potential students, colleges, training partners, and corporate clients. Use tools like LinkedIn, social media, email marketing, and cold calling to generate leads. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers. 2. Sales & Conversion Understand course offerings and effectively pitch them to prospective students or partners. Conduct product demos and presentations to individual learners, colleges, and corporate HRs. Follow up with leads to convert them into paid enrollments. 3. Partnerships & Outreach Reach out to colleges and universities to propose internship programs, workshops, or MoUs. Identify and onboard channel partners, affiliate marketers, or campus ambassadors. Collaborate with influencers or content creators for promotional tie-ups. 4. Customer Relationship Management Maintain CRM records of all leads and interactions. Build long-term relationships with students and institutions to ensure repeat business and referrals. Address queries, objections, and feedback promptly. 5. Market Research & Strategy Track competitor offerings and suggest improvements to pricing, packaging, or delivery. Identify new market opportunities, course demands, or regional expansion ideas. Contribute to growth strategy with on-ground insights and feedback. 6. Marketing Support Coordinate with the marketing team to execute campaigns, webinars, or events. Promote courses via WhatsApp, Telegram, email, and social media groups. Help create sales decks, brochures, and promotional content based on customer feedback. 7. Reporting & KPIs Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets. Submit daily and weekly reports on lead status and sales performance. Analyze conversion metrics and suggest optimizations. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in EdTech or B2C/B2B sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with AI/ML/Data Science domain is a plus. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks. Key Responsibilities Design visually appealing creatives for social media, websites, brochures, pitch decks, and presentations . Create infographics, course banners, illustrations, and promotional content aligned with the brand guidelines. Work with the marketing and content team to conceptualize and execute campaigns. Design digital assets for ads, landing pages, and email marketing campaigns . Collaborate with trainers and management to design student-focused educational graphics (posters, workshop templates, etc.). Maintain a consistent brand identity across all platforms. Requirements Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (portfolio required). Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma (basic video editing is a plus). Creativity and a strong eye for aesthetics, layout, and typography. Ability to design content optimized for social media and digital marketing . Strong communication and collaboration skills. Passion for education, technology, and student-focused design . Preferred Qualifications Experience working with an EdTech, startup, or education-related brand . Basic knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro/After Effects/CapCut) . Familiarity with UI/UX design principles is an added advantage.
