Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design visually appealing creatives for social media, websites, brochures, pitch decks, and presentations.
Create infographics, course banners, illustrations, and promotional content aligned with the brand guidelines.
Work with the marketing and content team to conceptualize and execute campaigns.
Design digital assets for ads, landing pages, and email marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with trainers and management to design student-focused educational graphics (posters, workshop templates, etc.).
Maintain a consistent brand identity across all platforms.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (portfolio required).
Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma (basic video editing is a plus).
Creativity and a strong eye for aesthetics, layout, and typography.
Ability to design content optimized for social media and digital marketing.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Passion for education, technology, and student-focused design.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with an EdTech, startup, or education-related brand.
Basic knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro/After Effects/CapCut).
Familiarity with UI/UX design principles is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,939.23 - ₹25,000.00 per month
