Job Title: Business Associate- Tamil Nadu

Location: Tamil Nadu

Experience: 5+ years in hotel sales, preferably in a similar role with OYO, Treebo, or other asset management companies

Job Summary:

We're looking for an experienced sales professional to join our team at Go2 Hotels in Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will have a strong history of onboarding hotels, conducting field visits, and building solid relationships with hotel owners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and onboard new hotels in Tamil Nadu

- Conduct regular field visits to build relationships and drive sales

- Manage existing hotel partnerships to ensure high occupancy rates

- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth operations

- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in hotel sales, focusing on Tamil Nadu

- Experience with hotel chains like OYO, Treebo, or similar companies

- Strong network of hotel owners and industry connections

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Proven sales record

Preferred:

- Experience in asset management or hotel operations

- Familiarity with hotel management software and systems
