Job Description

We are hiring a Field Sales Executive for our consulting vertical focused on the manufacturing sector. The executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and promoting our consulting services effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and acquiring manufacturing industry clients
Conducting sales meetings and consultative presentations
Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
Negotiating service contracts and closing deals
Preparing and submitting sales reports
Coordinating with internal teams for smooth onboarding
Traveling to industrial zones within the assigned territory

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Strong sales and negotiation skills
Excellent client relationship and networking skills
Good communication and presentation abilities
Experience in B2B or industrial sales preferred
Knowledge of local manufacturing clusters and trends
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM software
Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building with clients
Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
Analyze sales data to optimize sales strategies and improve performance.

Daily report submission to business head.
