Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Identify and contact potential clients to promote property sales.
  • Handle inquiries and provide property details to clients.
  • Conduct site visits and property showings with clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain and update the customer database and follow up with leads.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation and promotional campaigns.
  • Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Candidate should have 1 - 4 years of experience in real estate sales, property consulting, or direct sales.
  • Must have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Should be confident, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Knowledge of Faridabad real estate market will be an added advantage.
  • Should possess good presentation and client handling skills.
  • Must be comfortable conducting site visits and meeting clients regularly.
  • Candidates with a two-wheeler and smartphone preferred for field activities.
  • Graduates with a background in sales/marketing will be preferred.
