Role Overview As an HR Executive at Sahay, you will play a dual role: managing day-to-day HR operations and contributing to strategic people initiatives . You will ensure smooth functioning of core HR processes while helping leadership build a future-ready workforce and culture . Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Manage the recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding Collaborate with managers to define role requirements and competencies Ensure smooth joining experience for new hires Policy & Compliance Implement and enforce HR policies and practices in line with company and regulatory requirements Maintain compliance with local labor laws and statutory regulations Support audits, documentation, and policy updates Employee Engagement & Development Coordinate training, learning, and development initiatives Drive employee engagement programs and culture-building activities Assist in performance evaluation cycles and feedback mechanisms Compensation & Benefits Maintain payroll inputs, leave records, and attendance systems Support analysis of compensation trends and benefits practices Recommend updates to ensure competitiveness and fairness Employee Relations & Performance Handle employee queries, grievance redressal, and conflict resolution Participate in disciplinary processes and ensure fair enforcement of policies Provide inputs for succession planning and workforce retention strategies Who We’re Looking For 0-2 years of HR experience , preferably in consulting, SMEs, or dynamic industries Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, compliance, and employee engagement Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (HRMS tools preferred) Traits: structured, empathetic, proactive, and growth-oriented What You’ll Gain Cross-Industry Exposure- manage HR across diverse client-facing industries Mentorship- work directly with IIM Alumnus Strategic Perspective- understand HR’s role in consulting and organizational growth Career Growth- pathway to senior HR roles as Sahay expands its team and practices
