Role Description
The HR Executive is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department, including recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll coordination, performance management, and maintaining a positive workplace culture.The role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and a people-centric approach to ensure smooth HR operations and employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Source and screen candidates through various job portals and social media.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate records.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and employment contracts.
- Conduct onboarding and orientation for new hires.
2. Attendance & Payroll Management
- Maintain attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for payroll processing.
- Handle employee reimbursements and statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS).
3. Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
- Organize employee engagement activities, training sessions, and events.
4. Performance Management
- Assist in setting up KPIs and appraisal systems.
- Track performance review cycles and maintain appraisal records.
- Support management in developing performance improvement plans when needed.
5. Policy & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to company HR policies and labor laws.
- Maintain HR records, employee files, and statutory compliance documents.
- Update policies as per management direction and legal requirements.
6. HR Operations & Reporting
- Maintain and update the HR database (employee master, salary revisions, etc.).
- Generate regular HR reports (attendance, attrition, performance, etc.).
- Support management in HR planning and organizational development.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in
Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or Psychology
. Master’s degree (MBA/PGDM in HR)
preferred.
Experience:
- 2–5 years of experience in
HR operations, recruitment, or employee relations
. - Experience in a
F&B, FMCG
environment is an advantage. - Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills may also apply for junior roles.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written
communication
skills. - Strong
organizational and multitasking
abilities. - Proficiency in
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
and HR software (e.g., Zoho People, Keka, GreytHR). - Good understanding of
HR policies, labor laws, and payroll processes

- Problem-solving attitude and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Work Environment:

- Office-based role; may require occasional travel for recruitment drives or events.
- Typical working hours: Monday to Saturday (as per company policy).
