The role involves overseeing HR operations, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and supporting recruitment processes. The Human Resources Executive will play a key role in maintaining a positive workplace culture and effectively communicating with employees at all levels to address their needs. Responsibilities also include monitoring HR processes, assisting in policy development, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Qualifications Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations. Strong expertise in Employee Relations and HR Policies. Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and strategies. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Experience in the interior design or related industry is an advantage. Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
