Key Responsibilities:

HR Responsibilities:

• Act as the HR representative for the Surat office and handle employee queries.
• Manage employee attendance, leaves, and maintain HR records.
• Support onboarding, induction, and exit formalities of Surat-based employees.
• Coordinate with the central HR team for payroll, recruitment, and HR documentation.
• Handle employee grievances and escalate to Head Office HR as needed.
• Organize employee engagement and welfare activities.

Admin Responsibilities:

• Oversee office administration, facility management, and vendor coordination.
• Manage office supplies, housekeeping, and ensure upkeep of the office premises.
• Coordinate for IT, infrastructure, and maintenance-related requirements.
• Handle travel bookings, courier, and logistics for the Surat office.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and assist in audits or inspections.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in HR and Admin operations (preferably from a corporate environment).
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools/software.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
