Position: Quality Head – PET Recycling Location: Sanand, Ahemdabad Company: Rwenzori Process Private Limited About Us: Rwenzori Process Private Limited is a leading PET recycling company committed to sustainable solutions by transforming plastic waste into valuable resources. We are seeking an experienced Quality Head with strong expertise in PET recycling to lead and strengthen our quality function. Key Responsibilities: Lead the Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC) function for PET recycling operations. Develop, implement, and monitor quality standards, procedures, and systems across the plant. Ensure compliance with national and international quality, safety, and environmental standards (e.g., FDA, EFSA, ISO, BRC, etc., as applicable). Supervise quality testing of input raw material (PET bottles/flakes) and output products (flakes, chips, RPET). Manage laboratory operations, testing protocols, and reporting. Identify root causes of quality deviations and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). Train and develop the quality team to build strong technical capabilities. Work closely with production and maintenance teams to ensure continuous quality improvement. Drive customer audits, certifications, and documentation requirements. Report quality performance metrics to management and ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, Plastic Technology, or related field. Minimum 7–12 years of quality experience in PET recycling / plastics industry , with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of recycling technologies (washing, extrusion, pelletizing, SSP, etc.). Familiarity with global quality standards and customer certification requirements. Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and team management skills.
