Minimum 7–12 years of quality experience in PET recycling / plastics industry , with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of recycling technologies (washing, extrusion, pelletizing, SSP, etc.). Familiarity with global quality standards and customer certification requirements.
