Role Overview:

Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow rPET exports in France and wider Europe.
• Identify and build relationships with new customers in packaging, textiles, and FMCG sectors.
• Manage existing client accounts and ensure long-term partnerships.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with international buyers.
• Monitor European market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes related to PET recycling.
• Coordinate with India-based production & logistics teams to ensure seamless deliveries.
• Represent the company in European exhibitions and sustainability forums.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in plastics, packaging, or recycling.
• Strong client network in Europe (especially packaging/textile/FMCG industries).
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English (French or German a plus).
• Self-driven, able to work remotely, and willing to travel across Europe.
