About the Role

HR Executive

Key Responsibilities :

• End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Develop and enforce HR policies and ensure legal compliance. 
• Manage employee records, benefits, payroll, and attendance. 
• Foster a positive work environment and resolve employee grievances.
• Plan and conduct training and development initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with labor laws and employment standards.

What You’ll Need :

• 2+ years of experience in HR or related fields. 
• Strong knowledge of HR software, recruitment tools, and labour regulations. 
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant field.
• Experience with ATS, payroll processing, and performance systems is a plus.
