Role Description: Human Resources


We are seeking a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager to join our team in Pune. The HR Manager will play a critical role in managing the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture.


Key Responsibilities


Oversee end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes.

Manage employee relations, resolve concerns, and support workplace harmony.

Develop, implement, and update HR policies in line with labor laws.

Handle onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions.

Conduct performance reviews and implement effective performance management systems.

Design and coordinate training and development programs for staff growth.

Ensure statutory compliance with all labor regulations.


Qualifications


  • Strong expertise in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee relations.
  • Proven experience in policy development, compliance, and labor law.
  • Proficiency in onboarding, offboarding, and performance management.
  • Ability to design and manage training and development programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment.
  • Prior experience in the education sector will be an added advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
