Responsibilities Collaborate with department heads across all business units to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, initial interviews, and coordinating final selections. Issue offer letters and manage the onboarding process, ensuring proper documentation and orientation for new hires. Monitor and maintain employee attendance and leave records; ensure accurate and timely inputs for payroll processing. Handle leave-related queries, approvals, and generate regular attendance reports. Collect, verify, and process payroll data including attendance, leaves, overtime, and deductions in coordination with the finance team or payroll vendors. Maintain organized and confidential employee records and HR databases. Support employee grievance handling, performance tracking, and disciplinary processes. Plan and assist in employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture. Ensure adherence to HR policies, payroll, and statutory compliance requirements. Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-2 years of proven experience in HR operations. Strong understanding of HR practices, payroll processes, and statutory compliances. Experience in HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll, and employee engagement. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR management systems. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with different teams and levels.
