Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with department heads across all business units to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, initial interviews, and coordinating final selections.
  • Issue offer letters and manage the onboarding process, ensuring proper documentation and orientation for new hires.
  • Monitor and maintain employee attendance and leave records; ensure accurate and timely inputs for payroll processing.
  • Handle leave-related queries, approvals, and generate regular attendance reports.
  • Collect, verify, and process payroll data including attendance, leaves, overtime, and deductions in coordination with the finance team or payroll vendors.
  • Maintain organized and confidential employee records and HR databases.
  • Support employee grievance handling, performance tracking, and disciplinary processes.
  • Plan and assist in employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies, payroll, and statutory compliance requirements.


Qualifications


The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of proven experience in HR operations.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, payroll processes, and statutory compliances.
  • Experience in HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll, and employee engagement.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR management systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with different teams and levels.
