Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Chennai. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, employee relations, and implementing HR policies. Daily tasks will include overseeing HR management procedures, addressing employee concerns, developing and maintaining HR policies, and supporting overall human resources functions to ensure a productive workplace environment.

Qualifications

• HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Expertise in HR Operations and Employee Relations
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the cybersecurity industry is a plus
