Ctc – upto 4.2 lpa (depend on the interview)

Location: Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities Human Resources

• Handle end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and performance management system.
• Support employee engagement activities, training coordination, and team-building initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company standards.
• Assist in payroll preparation and employee benefits administration.

Administration

• Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Manage office supplies, equipment, vendor coordination, and facility management.
• Organize meetings, company events, and maintain office communication channels.
• Handle documentation, filing, and reporting for HR C Admin functions.
• Maintain monthly scorecard data for employees.
• Support management in operational tasks and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in HR C Administration (engineering/design services industry preferred).
• Strong communication skills (written C verbal) in English.
• Good knowledge of HR practices, MS Office, and basic HR tools/software.
• Highly organized, proactive, and people-oriented mindset.
