Job Summary:

We are looking for an MBA HR graduate to support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support employee onboarding, documentation, and HR operations.
• Maintain employee records and HR trackers.
• Coordinate with payroll and other teams for HR-related inputs.
• Handle employee queries and ensure policy compliance.
• Assist with HR reports and MIS.

Skills Required:

• MBA in HR (Freshers / early professionals).
• Good communication and MS Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
