Junior Product Manager

Responsibilities: • Deliver technical demonstrations and POCs to prospective clients and partners. • Own the technical onboarding journey for customers during evaluations and pilots. • Gather client requirements, use cases, and feedback to improve product features and documentation. • Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot and solve integration issues. • Support the sales team in RFPs, RFIs, and technical documentation for proposals. • Create tailored product deployment guides and training documents as needed. • Act as a trusted advisor to clients for deployment, compliance, and integration discussions. • Maintain relationships with key technical stakeholders in customer organizations. Required Skills & Experience: • Minimum 2 years of experience in a product or pre-sales engineering role (hardware/software/cybersecurity). • Strong understanding of networking, secure remote access technologies, VPNs, firewalls, encryption standards . • Hands-on experience with POC environments, client-side deployments, and Linux/Windows troubleshooting . • Excellent communication and presentation skills – ability to simplify and explain complex tech. • Prior experience in client-facing roles with strong documentation and follow-up discipline. • Knowledge of cybersecurity standards and protocols is a strong plus.
