Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, handling employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and overseeing HR management tasks. They will also be involved in ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations and fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Experience in HR Operations and Employee Relations
• Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance with labor laws
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience with HR software and tools is a plus
• Salary will be 3000/- per month. Because it is part time job.
