Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in upcoming branch located in Gowdavalli for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, managing employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and ensuring effective HR management. The role involves day-to-day HR tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and Payroll management.

Qualifications

• End to end Recruitment .
• Payroll Management (Any ERP or Excel)
• Strong Employee Relations skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a school environment
• Bachelor's degree & PG in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Min 3 years of Experience as HR (Recruitment & payroll) is mandatory.
• Previous experience in the education sector is a plus.

Location

Gowdavalli ,Medchal(near to Dundigal),Hyderabad.

Preferably Candidates staying within 10 kms of Gowdavalli or Relocating to Gowdavalli.

Notice period

15 - 20 days.
