Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Accounts Manager based in Hyderabad. The Senior Accounts Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, preparing financial reports, managing budgets, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Additionally, this role includes supervising junior accounting staff, implementing accounting policies, and contributing to financial planning and analysis.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and expertise in financial reporting, budget management, and audit processes
• Experience in managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA or CPA certification is a plus
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Experience in the education sector is preferred
