A masters degree or relevant certification is a plus.Experience:Minimum of 35 years of experience in a similar role in an educational setting, preferably in an international school environment.Experience in managing extracurricular activities, organizing events, and working with students from diverse backgrounds.Skills and Competencies:Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to plan and execute events effectively.Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) for interacting with students, staff, and parents.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Creative and innovative thinking, with the ability to design and implement engaging and diverse activities.Knowledge of child development, student welfare, and understanding of the challenges students face in an international setting.
