Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Mumbai. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, maintaining employee relations, and overseeing human resources management. Day-to-day tasks include recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement. Qualifications Skills in HR Management, Human Resources (HR) Experience in managing Employee Relations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Relevant experience in retail hiring is a plus Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
