Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Executive. The position is based in Indore with the flexibility of some work from home.

Job Responsibilities

• Managing the full-cycle recruitment process, sourcing and attracting candidates, scheduling interviews with clients and coordinate the onboarding process.
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
• Maintaining candidate databases, providing guidance on talent acquisition strategies, and participating in employer branding initiatives.
• Handle day-to-day HR operations, manage employee relations, develop and implement HR policies, and oversee various HR management tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate management tools
• HR Management and HR Operations skills
• Strong knowledge of Human Resources practices and concepts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
