Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Recruitment Specialist, based in Indore, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers. Daily tasks will include developing recruitment strategies, maintaining candidate databases, and providing training for recruitment best practices.
