!In this position you will play a vital role in delivering best-in-class recruitment experiences across APAC. You will be given the opportunity to work on a broad range of recruitment activities, from operational excellence to regional initiatives, while partnering with stakeholders across multiple countries

be?1) End-to-End Recruitm

  • entLead the full recruitment cycle for assigned roles, from sourcing and screening to interview facilitation and offer manageme
  • nt.Support local as well as regional recruitment programs, employer branding campaigns, and career fairs, gaining exposure to large-scale initiatives across diverse marke
  • ts.Track and report recruitment outcomes through regional dashboards, providing timely insights to business leade

rs.2) Candidate Experience & Interview Managem

  • entChampion a seamless candidate journey by ensuring timely, professional, and service-oriented communicati
  • on.Act as an HR representative in interviews (when required), consolidating feedback and supporting fair and informed hiring decisio

ns.3) Offer & Onboarding Supp

  • ortPartner with C&B and Hiring Managers to prepare competitive offers aligned with regional standar
  • ds.Oversee the offer process, pre-employment checks, and onboarding coordination to ensure a smooth new hires transiti

on.4) Data Management & Report

  • ingMaintain accurate recruitment status and dashboards, ensuring visibility of requisition status, candidate progress, and outcom
  • es.Produce reports for both local and regional stakeholders to enable data-driven decision-maki
