Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing candidates, coordinating and conducting interviews, and onboarding new team members. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with department managers to understand recruitment needs, managing recruitment databases, and facilitating training sessions to enhance workforce skills and engagement.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Hiring, Recruiting, and Sourcing candidates suitable for various roles
• Strong skills in Interviewing and assessing the suitability of candidates
• Proficiency in Communication, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with candidates and stakeholders
• Experience in facilitating Training programs to onboard and develop new hires
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple recruitment tasks simultaneously
• Experience working in the real estate industry is an advantage
