As a Senior Sales Manager in Real Estate at our company located in Sector - 126, Airport road, Mohali, Punjab, you will play a vital role in driving property sales and exceeding sales targets. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around converting leads into successful sales, nurturing long-term client relationships, and upholding the company's professional image. Your duties will include actively generating and pursuing leads through various channels like walk-ins, referrals, cold calls, site visits, and online inquiries. Understanding client requirements, negotiating deals, and achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets will be crucial aspects of your role. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain a robust prospect pipeline, provide accurate sales forecasts, and collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and events. To excel in this position, you should possess proven experience in real estate sales, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team. A good understanding of the local property market, a customer-centric approach, and a positive attitude are essential. Having your own vehicle and a valid driving license is preferred. You will be required to work full-time in a day shift and may be eligible for performance bonuses and yearly bonuses. Reliability in commuting or planning to relocate to Balongi, Mohali, Punjab, is necessary.
