The ideal candidate will have a passion for property sales, strong interpersonal skills, and a drive to exceed sales targets. You will be responsible for converting leads into successful sales, building long-term client relationships, and representing the company in a professional manner. Key Responsibilities: Actively generate and follow up on leads through various channels including walk-ins, referrals, cold calls, site visits, and online inquiries. Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and provide accurate sales forecasts. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals. Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events. Prepare and maintain necessary documentation for bookings and transactions. Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing to better position the company’s offerings. Ensure client satisfaction by providing after-sales support and addressingqueries promptly. REQUIREMENTS: Proven experience in real estate sales or similar industry (preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Good knowledge of the local property market. Customer-centric approach with a positive attitude. Basic computer proficiency (CRM tools, MS Office). Own vehicle and valid driving license (preferred).
