Key Responsibilities: - Warmly greet and welcome visitors, explaining projects clearly and professionally. - Interact comfortably with senior corporate executives. - Demonstrate self-motivation, flexibility, and teamwork. - Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments. - Arrange appointments and oversee meeting calendars. - Assist with administrative duties like data entry, filing, and document preparation. - Maintain the front office area in an organized and tidy manner. - Support real estate agents and other team members with necessary tasks. - Provide clients with general information regarding property listings and services.
