Ensure projects are delivered on time, within approved budgets, and as per technical & quality standards . Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, subcontractors and internal departments. Key Responsibilities Project Planning Review BOQs (bill of quantities), project drawings, tender documents and technical specifications. Create project schedules, manpower plans and material requirement forecasts. Assign project managers and technicians based on project priority and skill level. Execution & Delivery Oversee installation of cooling systems, ducting, piping, ventilation systems, electrical connections and commissioning activities.
