Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

The candidate shall have overall responsibility for execution of greenfield development andasset upgradation works. Key roles and responsibilities shall include liasioning with internalstakeholders and external vendors to drive the following:
Project design brief
Identification and appointment of project vendors such as PMC consultants, QS,
contractors, consultants, architects etc
Preparation of GFC Drawings
Project cost budgeting with detailed BOQ
Project life cycle planning
Monitoring project execution from timelines and cost perspective; identifying and rectifyingavenues of deviation

Qualifications

Minimum 15 years of experience in a project execution and management role
Work experience with a reputed real estate developer (regional or Pan India), with trackrecord of delivering completed projects from start to finish especially residential with apreference for low cost housing
Candidate should be comfortable building relationships with external stakeholders as thisrole would require significant collaboration with university personnel
Candidate should have significant experience building and managing project executionteams especially outsourced teams
